Michael, along with his younger brothers Jordan, 7, and Jalen, 4, have launched a remarkable initiative called "Black Boys Meditate." The program's "Affirmation Alphabet" is being utilized in various elementary school classrooms, while the "Color and Calm" coloring books are sold on Amazon, and the "Family and Flow" yoga classes have become a community favorite.
