The pantry is open on Tuesdays from 2 to 6 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to noon, and volunteers are needed to assist with the check-in process and other administrative duties. Individuals with computer skills and a willingness to learn the pantry's procedures are particularly encouraged to volunteer.Volunteering at the Aspen food pantry is a rewarding experience that allows individuals to interact with their fellow community members in a friendly and supportive environment. The pantry is located in the Schultz Human Services Building, which is across the parking lot from the hospital at 0405 Castle Creek Road.

Donating Non-Perishable Food Items

In addition to seeking volunteers, the Aspen food pantry is also accepting donations of non-perishable, unopened food items with an expiration date no older than one year. Donors can drop off their contributions in the blue donation box located at the pantry's site.
